To April, With Love

Many of you might ask yourself well mainly (what, who, or whom) are these creatures?

& I will gladly tell you. This is the Hedgehog Family (Mi Familia Puercoespin!) from "Sylvanian Families", it's also my new found sort of expensive hobby. I've had my eye on these critters for a long time now but after seeing them once more recently I could not bring myself to not own at least one family of the collection.

I was lucky enough to have my Husband give them to me as a gift (after of course much obsessive nagging, whining, etc..) But they are finally mine and they are cuter & of much better quality than I originally imagined them to be. After owning one family I told myself that I slowly but surely want to own all of the families and if possible all of the accessories you know something that I can collect till I'm 80 & hand down to my Grandchildren at the time. & strangely Miguel is not at all bothered by it being that each family set can run from $19.95 - + depending on what store you purchase them at. Houses can go from $50.00- 100.00 & accessories are in the price range of the families.

I hope to soon take them outside to take photos with them I've been dreaming up different scenarios if only I already had some furniture my next acquisition will be the bunny that comes with the refrigerator. The bunny set would have worked perfect for Easter photos but there is always next year & April is not yet quite over. As soon as we have our own home/apartment it will be much easier for me to expand my collection our living space is currently to tiny.
