Dreaming

The night before last I had a strange dream where in part of it I had sleep paralysis therefore I couldn't scream or move but could still see my bedroom just as it was in real life. I heard loud thumping on the kitchen door and felt the ground rumble which made the bed shake and then I felt a sort of dog like creature by my bedside it didn't try to attack me and I didn't see it because it put it's head and body under my bedsheets but it seemed so real. I grasped at it's jaws and tenderly felt his tongue rub against the palm of my hand and could feel his clenched teeth in my grasp at that point I had already broken out of the sleep paralysis.

The next thing I notice is that I suddenly became frightened and kicked the shit out of whatever it was then I wake up and realize I just kicked my Husband really hard. In the morning he asked me if I kicked him which I then began to tell him about my dream.

It's really rare for me to ever remember my dreams and last night I had another dream where I don't remember every part of it but I vividly remember crossing several train tracks with some boy. There were two train tracks that would alternate between the other with one train blasting past and then the next on the other track I almost got hit a couple of times and kept getting scolded by the mysterious boy I remember the surroundings were like in the middle of a tropical forest yet there were places where you could see a lot of  the sky and surrounding areas.

I'm not one to really believe that dreams have a significance or that they play a large role in our lives.

Your first dream and sleep paralysis sounds really scary..have heard of them, but never had one myself, think that it would lead into a panic attack..

    1. During sleep paralysis your conscience is awake but you are asleep and you cannot scream or move. I would usually get sleep paralysis when taking naps during the day then they were always more frequent. I hope you never experience that because it's horrible.
