My childhood friend Christina asked me if I wanted to do something for my Birthday so I chose to visit Casco Viejo which is the old part of Panama. I hadn't seen Christina in a long time so it was nice to catch up and enjoy something sweet as we reminisced of times past. It had been years since I visited Casco so it was a nice change of scenery. We had Froyo for the first time which was quite delicious.

Thanks! It's so good to hear from you I hope all is well with you. I'm supposed to be going back to Casco this weekend so hopefully I can get some better photos of the older architecture. Sorry to hear about the preview button it's not supposed to do that it makes me wonder if maybe something is wrong with the code. <3
