We recently bought a Nintendo 3DS XL in January so I decided to redeem my Nintendo points with these very kawaii, original Animal Crossing playing cards. I was really shocked when I learned that I wouldn't have to pay a cent for these & that Nintendo would be sending them to me for free as a gift in thanks for buying their products. I only had to pay $3.50 for the shipping service that is given to me in Panama so it was a total bargain & I am really smitten with them.
As some of you must know Animal Crossing is my all time favorite Nintendo DS game. I am anxiously awaiting for the new Animal Crossing : New Leaf to be released in June of this year I have waited long enough (years upon years) & thankfully Nintendo released this fantastic news just a few weeks ago. So I'm hoping to get it as an early Wedding Anniversary present several hints have already been dropped at my Husband.
The quality of these cards left me breathless & I could not contain my excitement for all the cute involved in them. Even though I'm not quite a fan of Ressetti *looks at Mary* it was nice to see him in the deck as the Joker card.

This Hello Kitty beanie happened to be a very random & lucky find. We were on our way to a bad part of town where we do our grocery shopping because we save a lot more on groceries going there plus they have really good quality produce & on our way there I spotted a tiny stand about 2 blocks down from the supermarket where they were selling these beanies.
Miguel was grumpy & didn't want to walk all the way down to the stand in the hot Panama sun but I eventually convinced him to go with me & had he not I would have gone myself because I mean : HELLO KITTY! A guy from Ecuador makes them & sells them for $7.00 a pop I couldn't believe how cheap they were because they are so well made from first look we thought they'd be very cheaply made but we were quite impressed with the quality.
I definitely need to go back some other day to see if he has more Kawaii beanies god only knows I need more Kawaii in my life oh he knows he definitely knows it's what makes my world go round & turns my frown upside down. =)
